Professional business email, hosted and managed for you
ViviMail Hosting is the email service for your business: we run the mail servers, security and filtering, and you get your company addresses like hello@yourcompany.co.uk, with mailboxes stored in the UK, webmail, the email apps you already use and one monthly price for the whole company.
Introductory offers: Starter is free for 14 days, then £9.99 a month. Business and Pro cost £1 for the first 30 days, then £14.99 or £19.99 a month. A card is required; offers are for new customers, once per company and per card.
Email on your own domain
Use a domain you already own. Add it in the dashboard, add the verification record it shows you, and ViviMail checks it for you. You keep your existing website and domain registrar: email is set up with DNS records alone.
- Create mailboxes for each person or team, up to your plan's limit.
- Add aliases such as info@ and sales@ that deliver into an existing mailbox, without using a mailbox slot (up to 1,000 per company).
- Share your company's storage between mailboxes, giving each one what it needs from 250 MB up to the whole allowance.

Webmail and email apps
Read and send email in ViviMail webmail in any browser, with search, folders, drafts, signatures and contacts. Pictures from senders stay hidden until you choose to show them.
Prefer another app? Connect your mailbox to Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird or the Gmail app over encrypted IMAP and SMTP, with a separate app password for each device. On Android, the free ViviMail App adds notifications, offline reading and your shared inboxes.
Email authentication and deliverability
- DKIM: outgoing email from every customer domain is signed, so receiving providers can check it really came from you.
- SPF and DMARC: the dashboard shows the records your domain needs and checks them for you.
- Cloudflare DNS setup: if your domain uses Cloudflare, link its zone, review the proposed records and approve exactly what ViviMail adds. Manual setup is always available.
These standards help other providers trust mail from your domain. No email provider can guarantee that every message reaches an inbox.
Spam, malware and security
Incoming email is filtered for spam and phishing and scanned for malware before it reaches your inbox. Every ViviMail account requires two-step verification, with passkey support, and email apps use individually revocable app passwords. Sending limits help protect your domain's reputation.

Administrators can't simply open a person's own mailbox. Access is requested, approved, read-only, time-limited and recorded.

Moving your existing email
- IMAP migration (self-service): copy messages and folders from your current provider in the background, with progress, cancellation and safe retries. Your original messages stay where they are.
- cPanel backup import (on request): if your email is on a cPanel host, our team can import a cPanel backup into your ViviMail mailboxes for you. This is run by ViviMail staff rather than being fully automatic; contact us to arrange it.
- Contacts: import from CSV or vCard files exported from Google, Outlook, Apple or your phone.
DNS changes, such as switching your MX records, stay with you: you choose when to move mail delivery. Keep your old service running until you've checked everything arrived. Read our migration planning guide.
