UK email hosting for small businesses

Last updated:

Give your business a professional email address without adding a separate hosting bill for every employee. ViviMail brings your company email together on your own domain, with UK-stored mailboxes and plans from £9.99 per company per month.

Professional email hosting on your own domain

Our custom domain email hosting lets you use addresses such as hello@yourcompany.co.uk and alex@yourcompany.co.uk on your website, invoices and customer messages. Your domain gives your email a consistent business identity, whether you work alone or manage a team.

You need a domain you own or are authorised to use. You can keep your existing website and domain provider: email delivery is configured through DNS records. Our custom-domain email guide explains what to prepare and how setup works.

One hosting price for the company

Starter costs £9.99 per month for up to 15 mailboxes and 30 GB of shared storage. Business is £14.99 for up to 30 mailboxes and 50 GB; Pro is £19.99 for up to 50 mailboxes and 100 GB. You pay for the selected company plan, whether or not you use every mailbox slot.

Up to 1,000 aliases are included without taking up mailbox slots. For a sole trader, info@ and accounts@ can deliver to the same mailbox. For a growing team, individual mailboxes give people separate inboxes, with storage allocated to their needs.

Starter includes a 14-day free trial. Business and Pro cost £1 total for the first 30 days before renewing at their normal monthly prices. No VAT is currently added. Compare allowances, renewal details and offer conditions.

Keep the email apps you know

Use ViviMail webmail in a browser or connect your mailbox to Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird or the Gmail app using encrypted IMAP and SMTP. Search messages, organise folders, send attachments and keep your email accessible on your devices.

The free ViviMail Android app adds notifications, offline reading and light and dark themes. On iPhone, use a compatible email app or ViviMail webmail. Shared contacts support CSV and vCard imports, so you can bring contacts exported from your current tools.

Security for everyday business email

Security is part of the core platform. Every ViviMail account requires two-step verification, with passkey support. Email apps can't ask for a two-step code, so they use separate app passwords that can be revoked individually. Mailboxes are stored in the United Kingdom, and incoming email is filtered for spam, phishing and viruses.

ViviMail signs outgoing messages with DKIM and guides you through SPF and DMARC setup. These records help other providers recognise genuine mail from your domain. Learn about account protection, email authentication and controlled staff access, or visit our Security & Trust page.

Is ViviMail the right fit?

ViviMail suits businesses that need custom-domain email, webmail and compatible phone or desktop apps with straightforward team pricing. It is an email service; if you need a full office suite with document editing and video meetings, consider those requirements separately.

If you need to transfer email hosting, plan the change before switching delivery records. Our email migration planning advice explains how to prepare your messages and contacts. Automated IMAP migration, Cloudflare DNS setup and shared team inboxes are live. Explore the feature roadmap or ask us about your requirements.
